One of four hydraulic-banked tracks in the nation and one of eight in the world, NU’s 200-meter track has the largest radius (67 feet) of any indoor-banked track in the world. The Devaney Center can accommodate up to 5,000 fans and has previously played host to the Big 12 Indoor Championships nine times and hosted the 2012 Big Ten Indoor Championships. It marked the first time in conference history that the men's and women's championships were hosted at the same site.

Prior to the start of the 2011 season, the Devaney Center Indoor Track went under a major renovation that included a resurfacing of track by Mondo. A brand new video and scoreboard were also installed along with new lighting throughout the facility to brighten the track. New seating was installed prior to the start of the 2012 season.

Outdoors, the Huskers run on a Mondo synthetic rubber surface at Ed Weir Stadium. The track is next to Memorial Stadium and Hawks Championship Center, allowing for easy access to weigh rooms, athletic medicine and indoor training facilities. The track is being completely resurfaced for the 2013 season.

Prior to the start of the 2013 season, the Nebraska track and field team received a $180,000 renovation to its 5,400 square-foot locker room. The locker rooms were originally constructed in 1981 and had previously not received any updates before this project. Prior to the renovation, the floor was originally six separate rooms that were used in a variety of ways including hospitality, golf locker rooms and visiting team locker rooms. The original space dedicated to each men's and women's team was about 1,200 square feet. After the renovation, the men's and women's teams each have their own 2,700 square foot locker room and lounge.

The renovation included:

• Double door fridges with purified water spouts
• Each lounge has two 60" plasma TV's
• The locker rooms feature a Sonos sound system controllable by student-athletes phones with an APP
• Feature wall in the locker room with recessed ceiling lighting
• Booth study area
• Booth lounge area with pendant lights
• New lounge furniture
• Updated women's showers
