This is Nebraska Softball

Nebraska is one of the nation's elite softball programs. Entering the program's 39th year in 2014, Husker softball has accumulated an impressive list of accomplishments. Nebraska has made seven trips to the Women's College World Series, while appearing in 21 NCAA Tournaments and winning 55 postseason games. All of those totals rank in the top 15 in NCAA history, while Nebraska also ranks in the top 10 with more than 1,100 all-time NCAA victories.

Under Hall of Fame Head Coach Rhonda Revelle – Nebraska’s all-time wins leader in any sport - the Huskers have advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 17 of the past 19 seasons. In addition to being successful on the national level, Nebraska has won 18 conference titles in 37 years. For its tradition, Nebraska was named the 10th-best program in NCAA history by CBS College Sports in 2008.

Nebraska has also enjoyed individual success producing 22 All-Americans, including senior twins Tatum (2013 second team) and Taylor (2011 third team) Edwards. The Huskers' commitment to excellence continues in the classroom, where NU has produced a nation-leading 29 Academic All-Americans,. That total is six more than any other softball program, while the total ranks second nationally among all female sports, trailing only Nebraska's volleyball team.
